Shipping Information
Orders that are craft items only will be processed within 3-5 business days generally and then shipped the next business day thereafter.
All shipping will be provided from either;
- Australia Post - 90% of the time.
- Fastway/Aramex/TnT - for larger orders that won't fit in Australia Post boxes.
- Sendle - if you prefer to organise sendle, I am happy to receive labels you organise and attach.
All shipping includes a tracking number which will be included in your dispatch email. Unfortunately shipping time is out of my control once the parcel leaves my hands.
If your order is over $100 and you wish to add extra cover for loss or damage, please contact me so i can arrange this add on.
Alternatively, you can pick up the item from Maryland (Newcastle NSW) within reasonable hours. Local pickups must be made within a fortnight of order completion otherwise you will be invoiced for further shipping charges.
Once you have received your items, please inspect them to ensure no damage in transit. I will not be able to help rectify any concerns after 24 hours providing there is no customer damage.
Any damage in shipment will need to be dealt with based on the shipping companies' policies.
