These glow in the darks are a pigmented powder in the light and then different glow colours in the dark. 

They are packaged in a 20 Gram amount in a clear container.

How to use: 

Place powder under any light source (the sun or a UV light work best) and the longer the charge time, the longer the glow.

 Mix into your preferred medium and stir well.
